CRIS CONSTRUCT PREST SERV SRL , operating under the trade name Iluminat Perfect ("we", "us", "the store"), delivers orders placed on iluminatperfect.ro nationwide, in accordance with GEO no. 34/2014 on consumer rights and GEO no. 140/2021 on the sale of goods.

1. Order Cut-off Time

Orders placed and confirmed (payment accepted) by 2:00 PM (GMT+2, Eastern European Time) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, as well as those placed on weekends or public holidays, are processed starting the next business day.

2. Handling Time

After order confirmation, the processing and preparation time for shipment is 1–3 business days . You are informed by email when the order is handed over to the courier.

3. Transit Time

Once shipped, standard delivery takes 2–4 business days , depending on the destination location. Thus, the total estimated time from placing your order to receiving your package is usually approximately 3–7 business days .

For products temporarily out of stock or special products, the delivery time may be extended; you will be informed by email or phone.

We currently deliver throughout Romania, through partner courier companies.

6. Checking the package upon delivery

We recommend that you check the package in the presence of the courier. Any visible damage to the packaging or product must be reported as soon as possible to contact@iluminatperfect.ro , ideally accompanied by photographs.

7. Delayed or undelivered orders

If the estimated delivery time has been significantly exceeded, please contact us to check the status of the package with the courier.
