Return and Refund Policy

We wish you a worry-free shopping experience. If a product ordered from Iluminat Perfect does not meet your expectations, we provide you with a simple and transparent return and refund process, in accordance with Romanian and European consumer protection legislation (OUG 34/2014).

1. Right of return

You have the right to return the ordered products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package, without having to justify your decision.

2. Conditions for return

To be accepted for return, products must meet the following conditions:

• be in the condition in which they were received, unused and undamaged;
• be accompanied by all accessories, labels and original packaging, to the extent possible;
• be accompanied by the invoice or proof of order (order number).

3. How to initiate a return

1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the package, at contact@iluminatperfect.ro or by phone at +40 786 442 944 , mentioning the order number and the reason for the return.
2. Our team confirms acceptance of your return and sends you the address and shipping instructions.
3. Pack the product securely (preferably in the original packaging) and ship it to the address indicated.

4. Return shipping cost

• If the return is due to a change in your preference (the product corresponds to the description, but you no longer need it), the return shipping cost is borne by the customer .
• If the product is defective, damaged upon delivery or different from the order placed , the return shipping cost is borne by Iluminat Perfect , and the product can be returned, exchanged or fully refunded, at your choice.

5. Exchanges

If the product you received does not meet your expectations, you can exchange it for another product from our range, under the same conditions and terms as for returns. Please contact us in advance at contact@iluminatperfect.ro to confirm the availability of the desired product and the possible price difference.

6. Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days from the date we receive the returned product (or proof of shipment, if earlier).
• The amount is returned using the same payment method used when ordering, unless you agree otherwise with us.
• Shipping fees paid on order are not refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective, wrong or damaged product).

7. Defective or damaged products

If you receive a defective product or one that is damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally with photos of the product and packaging. We will offer you, at your choice: replacement of the product, repair of the product or a full refund, including related shipping costs.

8. Order processing and delivery

• Same-day processing cutoff time: orders placed by 2:00 PM (GMT+2, Eastern European Time) are processed the same business day; orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.
• Processing time (handling time): 1–3 business days.
• Standard delivery: 2–4 business days after shipment.
• Cost transport standard: 20,00 Lei.
• Free delivery: for orders of 500.00 Lei or more.
